Refund Policy for Glorious Abstract Art

At Glorious Abstract Art, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for products that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be undamaged and free from any alterations.
  • Custom orders or commissioned pieces are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Refunds

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at Support@gloriousabstractart.com  with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • In cases where the artwork arrived damaged or defective, Glorious Abstract Art will cover the return shipping costs.
